Bespoke Design

We can create courses to suit your precise needs. We’d explore your aims, gather information to understand your environment, your people and your challenges, and create from scratch a session designed to blend our expertise with a focus on your world, including scenarios based on your real challenges, activities to suit how your people learn best, and a focus on the skills your people need to take back to the workplace.

Tailored Packages

We have a wealth of workshops based on years of experience and in-depth knowledge of what works in helping people learn. We know not all budgets can stretch to bespoke training, but we also know that one size doesn’t always fit all. If our bespoke design service is getting a suit made from material, we can also do the learning equivalent of taking in an existing, high-quality suit so that it fits and feels like yours rather than a hand-me-down.

Ready-to-run Workshops

For selected workshops, we’re so confident that they meet such a wide range of needs that we’re happy to put them out there as a product, to make their own way in the world with the assistance of a trainer or facilitator. Our training packs are ready to run, with detailed but easy-to-use session plans and all materials ready for download at a click. Once you’ve bought a workshop, you can run it within your organisation as many times as you like, forever.

Terry Pearce
360’s Founder and Lead Designer, Terry started training in 2000 at T-Mobile, and honed his skills at Pinnacle Insurance and Homerton University Hospital before striking out on his own. He has won awards for his design work and has been featured as a development expert on Virgin’s Voom Pioneers. He has a passion for personalising learning, and blogs regularly around the topic here and on LinkedIn.
In 2005, Terry Pearce decided to take his learning design and delivery talents into the wild and offer them to clients directly, and 360 was born. Our vision is to make learning personal to everyone. Since then, 360 has helped over 10,000 learners at over 150 different clients to personalise their learning experience, improve their skills, and advance their careers.
